1. Who processes your data

1.1. This policy describes the processing of personal data of website visitors and purchasers of the PDF guide. The seller identified above is the personal data controller for information the seller receives to process and fulfil orders.

1.2. The Monecle platform is used to place orders, accept payments and give access to the digital product. It independently processes data entered by buyers on its pages under its own documentation, including theMonecle privacy policy.

2. What data is collected and where

2.1. This landing page has no forms for entering a name, email address, telephone number or payment card details; it does not create a separate order database. Checkout buttons lead to Monecle.

2.2. Buyers provide the contact details required for an order (including an email address) directly on Monecle. The seller may see order information and contact details needed for fulfilment in the platform account, to the extent provided by platform settings and agreements. This website does not collect complete bank card details.

2.3. When a buyer contacts support, the seller receives the sender’s email address and message, using them to reply and resolve the issue.

2.4. When you visit the site, the hosting provider may technically process network data such as your IP address, request time, page address, browser/device type, connection-security information and technical cookies. This does not mean buyer names and email addresses are stored in the landing-page database.

2.5. The website does not include newsletter sign-up forms, advertising pixels or web analytics systems connected by the author. Google Fonts may be requested to display the website; such requests send technical connection data to the resource provider. The hosting platform may use its own technical tools.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

3.1. Entering into and performing the purchase agreement: confirming payment, providing digital materials, answering questions and supporting buyers. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(5) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

3.2. Fulfilling obligations concerning payment records, issuing receipts and responding to lawful requests from authorities. Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(2) of Law No. 152-FZ).

3.3. Protecting website security and preventing abuse, within the limits allowed by law and with respect for visitors’ rights and freedoms.

3.4. No promotional emails are sent to buyers. If such functionality is introduced, an appropriate legal basis and any required consents will be obtained separately.

4. Data recipients and international services

4.1. Orders and the collection of personal data needed for purchase are handled through Monecle and the platform account. Payment service providers may also be involved; their processing is governed by their respective agreements and privacy policies.

4.2. The website hosting provider processes technical information needed to serve pages and protect the site. The site is hosted onNetlify; the infrastructure provider’s own terms also govern its technical data processing.

4.3. Google Fonts are connected for page display. Loading external resources may involve transfer of technical network data. Third-party resource usage may vary with the visitor’s browser settings.

4.4. Other disclosures of information are made only when there is a lawful basis, for example to perform a contract, comply with law or respond to a lawful request from an authorized authority.

5. Security, retention and individual rights

5.1. The seller limits access to order information and correspondence to what is needed for business purposes. Bank card details are not collected in landing-page forms and are not stored by the seller on this website.

5.2. Order information and business correspondence are retained for as long as needed to perform contracts, resolve claims and comply with legal obligations. When legal grounds for processing cease, data are deleted or anonymized where technically possible.

5.3. Visitors and buyers may request details of their data processing, correction, blocking or deletion as permitted by law, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing.

5.5. The controller takes into account the Russian personal data requirements, including applicable localization and regulatory notification rules. The location of third-party infrastructure requires separate verification with the relevant providers.

6. Changes to this policy

6.1. The current policy is published at a permanent link on this website. It will be reviewed if payment or delivery arrangements change or if forms, email campaigns or analytics are introduced.

6.2. This policy does not replace Monecle’s or other services’ own legal documents that buyers may choose to use.
