1. Seller and subject of the agreement

1.1. This document is a public offer to enter into an agreement to purchase digital educational information under the conditions described below. Buyers may review these conditions before payment.

1.2. Product: an original PDF guide, “Creating an AI Animated Film from Scratch”, with a step-by-step walkthrough, illustrated examples, ready-made prompts and links to tools.

1.3. The purchase also includes two bonuses: access to a private Telegram channel containing prompts from the author’s animated films, and an additional resource about creating animations in different visual styles.

1.4. The materials are intended for self-study. Individual lessons, personal mentoring, third-party subscriptions, credits and AI generation costs are not included.

2. Price and purchase process

2.1. The promotional price is 990 RUB through November 30, 2026, inclusive. The amount displayed on the product page and confirmed at Monecle checkout at the time of purchase applies.

2.2. Orders and payments are processed on the external Monecle page: https://monecle.com/buy/100438. Visitors do not enter their names, email addresses or bank card details on this landing page. The final order amount is displayed before payment confirmation.

2.3. By paying for the product after reviewing its description, price and delivery terms, the buyer accepts this offer. The agreement is formed upon confirmation of successful payment.

2.4. Payment documentation and receipts are provided as required by applicable law, including the rules for payers of the Russian professional income tax.

3. Delivery of digital materials and bonuses

3.1. Once payment is confirmed, an email is sent to the address the buyer entered during Monecle checkout. The email contains a link for downloading the PDF guide. The buyer follows the link and saves the file to a phone, tablet or computer. Materials may also be available in the Monecle account, depending on product settings.

3.2. Details about receiving the materials and troubleshooting technical problems appear in“Delivery & refunds”, which forms part of the purchase terms.

3.3. Access to the bonus Telegram channel is provided without a predefined end date set by the seller, for as long as that channel operates. A Telegram account is required; availability depends on the platform and its rules.

3.4. The buyer must provide a correct email address during checkout and be able to receive messages. If the email does not arrive, the buyer should check their Spam folder and contact the seller at the address listed in this offer.

4. Rights to the materials

4.1. Buyers may download, store and study the guide for personal use and apply what they learn, including their own adapted prompts, to their projects, including commercial projects, while respecting third-party rights.

4.2. Reselling, publishing or widely forwarding the PDF, bonus files or materials from the private Telegram channel without permission from the rights holder is prohibited. Exclusive rights to these materials are not transferred to the buyer.

4.3. Third-party names, interfaces, trademarks and materials referenced in the guide remain the property of their respective owners. Availability and prices of third-party services may change.

5. Cancellations, refunds and inquiries

5.1. Buyers may request cancellation, a refund, assistance with technical issues or help with a product that does not match its description by emailingMajorovam420@gmail.com.

5.2. Requests are reviewed in light of the order circumstances and mandatory applicable consumer protection rules. Receiving the download link or downloading the PDF does not, by itself, waive the buyer’s statutory rights.

6. Personal data and other conditions

6.1. Orders and payments are handled through Monecle; how the platform processes buyer information is described in itsMonecle privacy policy. The seller’s handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy on this website.

6.2. Buyers independently decide whether to use third-party AI tools. The results of AI generation, service availability, credit prices and suitability of results for individual expectations are not guaranteed.

6.3. The laws of the Russian Federation apply. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction established by law.

6.4. Updated terms apply to new purchases; orders already paid for remain subject to the conditions in effect at the time of payment.
